The centrifuges and auxiliary equipment for dewatering / desludging will be mobilized and rigged up on location for the project. The pond will then be dredged and pumped over shakers and through centrifuges. The effluent fluid is pumped across the shakers to remove larger particles. All remaining fluid will flow into our tanks where a polymer is added to assist in further solids separation prior to being mechanically separated through our centrifuges. All recycled water is then pumped back into the pond to ensure the integrity of the pond. The sediment that has been removed will be stacked in a three-sided bin prior to being trucked to disposal.
